Plastic bottle manufacturer: from mould to mass production
Sistem Ambalaj has been manufacturing plastic bottles and plastic moulds since 1982. In our 2 factories in Istanbul (Yenibosna) and Bergama, with a total covered area of 8,000 m², we produce HDPE and PE plastic bottles on blow moulding machines. Because mould design and manufacturing are done in our own facility, we can produce both our standard models and bottles made for your brand under one roof.
Sauce, ketchup and mayonnaise bottles
Our sauce bottles and cylinder bottles for the food industry are used for ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and similar sauces. For sizes from 160 ml portion bottles to the 2000 ml pump sauce bottle, see our ketchup bottle page.
Caps and decoration
Alongside our bottles we also produce the flip-top sauce cap and decor and topping caps. See all our plastic cap models. To make your brand stand out, we offer IML, BML and body sleeve decoration.
Food-grade plastic bottles
Our food packaging production is certified to the ISO 22000 food safety management system. Dimension, weight, leak and drop tests are carried out in our quality control laboratory for every production batch.

What sizes of plastic bottles do you produce?
Our standard moulds include 160 ml, 280 ml, 500 ml, 600 ml, 800 ml, 1000 ml and 2000 ml plastic bottles. For other sizes and shapes we can design a custom mould for you.
What material are your plastic bottles made of?
Our bottles are blow-moulded from HDPE and PE resin. Our food packaging production is ISO 22000 certified.
Can I get caps together with the bottles?
Yes. For sauce bottles we produce the flip-top sauce cap, long and short nozzle decor caps and topping caps. You can specify your bottle and cap needs together in the quote form.
Do you make plastic bottles in custom colours or with a logo?
Yes. We produce our standard models in custom colours on request; for logos and labels we offer IML, BML and body sleeve decoration.
