Plastic cap manufacturer
Besides its plastic bottles and jars, Sistem Ambalaj produces plastic caps by injection moulding. Our caps are made from HDPE and PP in our own moulds; leak-tightness is tested with the original packaging, and dimension, weight and drop tests are carried out on every batch.
Sauce bottle caps
For ketchup and sauce bottles we produce the flip-top sauce cap; for decorating and controlled dispensing, decor and topping caps (long decor, short decor, 5 mm and 2.5 mm topping). For compatible bottles, see our sauce bottles page.
Jar and pail lids
We produce the 100 mm jar lid for our 86 mm neck plastic jars and snap-on lids for our pails. The jar lid is also available foil-sealed.

What material are your plastic caps made of?
Our caps are injection-moulded from HDPE and PP resin.
Is there a foil-sealed cap option?
Yes. Our decor and topping caps are supplied foil-sealed; the jar lid is also available foil-sealed.
How do I choose the right cap for my bottle?
Specify your bottle's neck size and how it will be used in the quote form, and we will choose the right cap together. If needed, we can design a cap mould specifically for your bottle.
Do you produce plastic caps in custom colours?
Yes. We can produce our caps in custom colours on request.
