Sistem Ambalaj has been a manufacturer of plastic moulds and plastic packaging since 1982. We produce plastic bottles, jars, pails and caps for the food, cosmetics, detergent and chemical industries; the whole process, from mould design to mass production, is under one roof.

We produce in 2 factories, in Yenibosna (Istanbul) and Bergama (İzmir), with a total covered area of 8,000 m².

Our ready product groups made from our standard moulds: 160–1000 ml cylinder bottles, 300–600 ml oval bottles, 500–2000 ml sauce bottles and 38 mm flip-top cap, 500–2200 ml plastic jars and 100 mm jar lid, 1 L and 2.5 L pails with snap-on lids. Each product page lists dimensions, neck diameter, weight and material.

Yes. We design and manufacture moulds in our own facility. We turn the product you design into a mould and mass-produce it by blow or injection moulding.

Yes. Our food packaging production is certified to the ISO 22000 food safety management system; we make packaging for products such as sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, tahini, halva and honey.

We can produce our standard products in custom colours on request. For decoration we offer IML, BML and body sleeve applications.
